I thank God for the grace He has given me and for the testimonies of His protection and love that have carried me through every circumstance. His presence never leaves us, and His love strengthens us daily.
He is with us every moment of every day. He will never leave us or forsake us.
Woman of God
Almost every woman I know has read Proverbs 31 and thought, “I can never do all this!” I’ve said it myself more than once. But becoming a woman of God is not about checking off characteristics in Proverbs. It’s about finding wisdom in those verses and allowing them to mold us as we walk through daily life.
Living Intentionally
Living with intention is something we must deliberately pursue—it does not come naturally. Our flesh belongs to this world, and that is where it cries out to remain. Matthew 6:33 says, “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness.” The kingdom of God can be found right where we are in the present day; it is where God dwells as we carry on with our daily lives. We are called to actively pursue God’s will and strive to please Him as we become more like Him. We must willingly submit to the authority of God and seek Him in everything we do. We are to show love and mercy to those around us, giving them a glimpse into God’s character. Living righteously in a world that encourages the opposite will guide others to seek God in their own lives.

I live in a small town in South Georgia called Nashville, where I’ve spent most of my life. I’m blessed with three children—two sons 35 and one daughter 30—and my greatest joy is being “Mimi” to five wonderful grandchildren. I also have an Australian Shepard that I love dearly.
I also run a plant nursery called Backyard Blooms, where my love for nurturing life extends beyond plants to people. My passion is to encourage others, pray with them, and spend time learning more about God together.
I’ve loved the Lord for as long as I can remember, and my heart’s desire is to walk with Him more closely each day. My hope is that this little corner of the web becomes a cozy place where we can journey together—discovering God’s Word, His promises, and all He has for us.
